This exciting conference focuses on the significance of children reading and writing for pleasure, exploring ways to motivate and engage children in learning for literacy. It will share and showcase some of the very best approaches to the teaching of literacy from around Nottinghamshire. In conjunction with the United Kingdom Literacy Association (UKLA), this event promotes and celebrates innovative and effective classroom practice which provides access to learning for all pupils.  Workshops throughout the day:
