CALL FOR PAPERS IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU TO ALL THAT SUBMITTED.
We invite proposals for a range of formats outlined in the guidance below. We encourage those who wish to be playful with approaches to presenting and involving participants, and the use of different kinds of presentation. It will, however, be important to stick to the timings outlined for each format. Please do make sure your submission clearly fits the format you have chosen, as the reviewing process looks at the match between the abstract and the chosen format. So, for example, it is important that a workshop submission gives some information about the nature of activity and interaction; that a research report or symposium makes clear the underpinning research; and that an Expert Practice session clearly addresses an aspect of professional practice. This year we will require the 250 word abstract and a shorter 50 word synopsis to allow us to publish a programme overview – if accepted, this will be the text for the conference programme. We will also ask you for a snappy summary which we can use pre-conference in social media.
Please see the document below for guidance on criteria and submissions, and submit via Oxford Abstracts, using the following link: https://app.oxfordabstracts.com/stages/37832/submitter
