New editors for Literacy appointed

 New editors for Literacy appointedThe United Kingdom Literacy Association (UKLA) and Wiley Blackwell are pleased to announce that new editors have been appointed for the journal ‘Literacy‘. Dr Jill McClay, Professor Emerita at the University of Alberta, has been appointed Editor-in-Chief, with  Dr Clare Dowdall, Lecturer in Language and Literacy Education at  Plymouth University, appointed as Associate Editor.The current co-editors,  Dr Cathy Burnett and Dr Julia Davies will step down at the beginning of November this year. The Association is immensely grateful to Cathy and Julia for all the work they have done over the last three years in ensuring that Literacy has continued to thrive both in quality and  circulation, as well as  reputation.
