Diane Collier – Canada

Diane R Collier is a Professor in the Faculty of Education at Brock University. She conducts research in the areas of digital, visual and arts-informed literacies. Using qualitative and post-qualitative methodologies, she considers how collaboration is enacted in and out of classrooms as children inquire and engage in literacies related to their everyday lives.  Diane was co-editor of UKLA’s journal, Literacy, for four years from 2018-2022, with Natalia Kucirkova. She appreciates the excellent scholarship and comradery that UKLA and its members have provided.
